On the morning of Feb. 28, the day before the 103rd anniversary of the March First Independence Movement of 1919, scores of the national flag Taegeukgi fly in front of Hyochang Park in Seoul's Yongsan-gu District. The district announced its formation of "Taegeukgi Street" spanning about 700 m near Hyochang Park Station on Seoul Subway Line 6 to honor the spirit of the movement's martyrs.
