President Moon Jae-in on May 9 will make an appearance on TV to mark the second anniversary of his inauguration.
"The president will address the nation in a TV talk show to discuss the administration of state affairs and plans for the third year of his presidency," Cheong Wa Dae announced to the media on May 2.
Titled "We Ask the President," the show will be broadcast live on KBS 1TV and hosted by KBS journalist Song Hyun-jeong. This will be the president's first one-on-one interview with a Korean media outlet since his inauguration.
The interview will be held at the Cheong Wa Dae meeting room Sangchunjae from 8:30 p.m. for around 80 minutes.
